Bright Lights, Big City- A Tribute to a Great City

New York New York, the big apple, the city that never sleeps, the concrete jungle where dreams are made of. The dedications and tributes to this infamous city go on and on, a place as iconic as the buildings and people that made it that way.
"And New York is the most beautiful city in the world? It is not far from it. No urban night is like the night there... Squares after squares of flame, set up and cut into the aether. Here is our poetry, for we have pulled down the stars to our will." - Ezra Pound
The art, the architecture, the street style and the personalities, the addictive ambience and the powerful character, a city as intense and insane as it is wonderful and diversely beautiful. There’s an energy in the air of New York, it draws people in promising to help them discover and evoke their best.
The atmosphere, aesthetic, and feel of New York City is indescribable and that’s part of its charm, it could never justifiably be depicted with words. Home to some of the most significant creative minds, artistic legends and historic events it’s easy to understand the love and devotion so many give to this city.
"There is something in the New York air that makes sleep useless." - Simone de Beauvois
To a place that celebrates difference, challenges people to reach their full potential and embraces diversity, a great city of power and creativity wrapped up in an aura of energy and sense of belonging, the icon, that is NEW YORK CITY.
“You feel in New York City the energy coming up out of the sidewalks; you know that you are in the midst of something tremendous, and if something tremendous hasn't yet happened, its just about to." -Brendan Gill
